fantastic thonglor find!
friendly staff spacious rooms relaxing pool fresh options
The staff was friendly and efficient, especially at reception. the rooms are spacious with great design elements. i found the rooftop pool a nice escape. It was very relaxing after a day out! breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh.
The lifts were a little slow. Sometimes there was a short wait.

the hotel is close to the bts station, so getting around was easy. i walked to many nearby dining spots. overall, the area felt safe and accessible.

Staff members were attentive. They always greeted guests with a smile. they quickly addressed any questions i had. this service created a cute and helpful environment.

The rooftop pool offered great city views. It had comfortable loungers. the fitness center had modern equipment. It featured treadmills and weights. the hotel provides everything needed for relaxation.

a splendid stay in a vibrant location
welcome drinks strategic location hotel interior delicious food
i found the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks to be a good touch. the strategic location provided easy access to entertainment through the nearby train station. the hotel's interior design had many spots perfect for taking photos, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool. delicious food was easily found around the hotel, a great advantage.
The lift system felt a little strained. It seemed difficult to get a lift quickly, and there were only two available, which sometimes caused delays

The hotel's proximity to the train station made exploring the area simple and convenient. Transport was easy. this location is not too busy, allowing a more relaxed atmosphere, and many restaurants were within easy walking distance. it was a fantastic base.

The staff were wonderfully cute and always ready to assist with any request i had. They seemed always smiling! their prompt responses, and i felt cared for. their attentiveness stood out.

unresponsive elevator stuck air conditioning
the pool was clean, and i found the staff to be generally helpful.
The elevator system proved to be a real hassle. pressing the buttons required multiple attempts, a notable inconvenience. furthermore, the room's air conditioning was stuck ON. I could not disable it, and it made the room uncomfortably cold, even with the fan mode activated.

convenient location faulty air conditioning
the location was convenient (it helped me get around easily).
The air conditioning in the room seemed faulty. I could not switch it off, and it remained very cold even when set to fan mode. this, especially during the nights.
